Zsolt graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences. He became a certified auditor in 1997. In 2008, he obtained a Ph.D. degree in organizational sciences at the University of Technology and Economics, with his thesis focusing on the theoretical and methodological characteristics of auditing. Zsolt has over 20 years of experience in higher education and is the author of numerous articles and journals on auditing and accounting topics. Zsolt is a founding member and president of the Hungarian Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and since 2010, he has been a forensic expert in the field of accounting. His current scientific research focuses on various fraud investigation methodologies, and he participates in several projects related to corporate compliance. Zsolt has appeared in the media on numerous occasions regarding the prevention of consumer fraud, and his primary goal is to independently inform and educate people and consumers so that they do not fall victim to fraud.

In connection with the Ethics Hotline, Zsolt is responsible for training clients' employees, participating in the investigation of reports, reviewing the client's internal control system, assessing fraud risks, and providing advice related to complaint reporting and fraud prevention. For outsourced assignments, he provides support and advice for the client's fraud prevention programs, both related to and beyond whistleblower reports, and in the processes of its internal control system. Zsolt is an internationally recognized Certified Fraud Examiner registered by the ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) and a private investigator.
